AUTHOR'S NOTE: I built this sermon, this site and basically my entire collection of writings (now out of print) to try to help my long-term partner toward a more liberated version of her faith, as she was VERY religious, and became more and more toxically so as time went on.  The writings deal with character arcs who start out very toxically religious and evolve to a more liberated sense of spirituality. If you are here, then perhaps there is something in here for you.

In Jessica Mandella’s steamy romance books, some characters talk about ‘Heaven’s Brides’, a fictitious hot romance novel by ‘Little Miss Muff’, wherein Pastor Max Johnson preaches the ‘Sermon Heard Round The World’.  The novel shows Max beginning and ending the sermon.  Jessica’s fictitious book characters read the full sermon in the appendix at the back of their fictitious print copies of ‘Heaven’s Brides’.  Questions are raised about love, marriage and morality, inspiring those LGBTQIP+ book characters to walk in their true liberty.

Now you too can read ‘Heaven’s Brides’, but it’s not necessary.  The sermon is posted for free on this web page.

Here’s the sermon, exactly as Max Johnson would have preached it in real life on TV...

Sermon Heard Round the World.

      Introduction.

Dearly Beloved, much of what we thought we knew, was not from God’s word.  It was from faulty English translations of God’s word, faulty sermons based on those faulty English translations, or a little of both.  Some of you are watching on TV.  Some are hearing by radio.  For a free copy of this sermon, please visit Sermon Heard Round The World Dot Com.

Most of you know me and my church from a long way back, and you know I don’t pull any punches.  You might be nervous to see me dressed up in a rainbow suit.  Rest assured, I’ll tell it like it is, and I’ll prove it.  Buckle up for some turbulence.  It’s going to be a long, bumpy ride.  I’ll be covering a lot a ground in a short time, so please download this sermon later and analyze it.

Some of you listening might be non-believers fascinated by the biggest train wreck to come along in a while.  You may still have religious family and relatives who could benefit from what I’m about to say.  Not believing in Norse mythology is no barrier to enjoying a comic book about Thor.  Likewise the lessons gleaned here, although expressed within biblical language, are poignantly relevant to the human condition.  I invite you all to come along for the ride.

This was advertised as a very long sermon.  That’s why all the ads said to get your coffee first.  It’s really a cluster of sermons sharing a common foundation.  It takes half a sermon to build that foundation.  I don’t want to waste it.  After building the foundation, I’ll make some points based on it.  Some build on others.  Doing it all in one session is the best way to respect your time.  All I ask is that if you disagree with one point, you don’t toss out every other point by mere association.  If you feel on one point I’ve gone too far, that doesn’t disprove the points I’ve already made.  I’m taking the time to say a few things, each one standing upon its own merit and evidence.

I’ll be sharing my own translations of original Greek and Hebrew phrases where English translations have failed.  I’ll ask you to look it all up yourself, to check my work.  If you don’t know Greek and Hebrew, ask any pastor what’s the greatest free bible program out there.  Install it, then also install the ABP+ (“polyglot”), which contains an English translation of the Septuagint.  Once installed and set up, you can check Hebrew and Greek using the ABP+ and KJV+, by hovering over the English words.  I have no connection to the people who make it, but it’s a great tool.

I have so much to tell you, this special should be two days rather than two hours.  I’ll try to compress the important stuff into the short timeframe we have.  I’m depending on you to look it all up later.  Don’t just compare my translations to your favorite English versions.  I told you already those versions have problems in places.  Look up the Greek and Hebrew words.  All that said, let’s move on.

* * * *

These are the days prophesied in Amos 8:11.  “Behold, the days come,” says the Lord God, “that I will send a famine in the land, not a famine of bread, nor a thirst for water, but of hearing God’s word.”  That last word in English is “word”.  The Hebrew word translated as “word” is ‘dabar’.  It has meanings including speech, teaching, counsel and thought.  In the Septuagint version, the Greek word translated as “word” is “Logos”.  It has meanings including saying, thought, reasoning and motive.

From this we see that when hearing the word of God, it’s important to understand the original thought behind the original words, in the original languages of the writings found in the Bible.  If we read or hear words, but don’t get the correct original meanings, then we have NOT heard from the Lord.  In that case, we’re suffering that famine Amos warned us about.

Sadly, such is the state of nearly the entire history of the Christian church within just a few important areas.  Once the church of Rome took over, people were not allowed to have Bibles.  They had to take some religious leader’s word for it.

Many bash on the Catholic church.  I bash on past regimes within its history, as well as recognizing some frightening modern phenomena.  That does not mean there were not and are not good people within that organization today.  I’ve known good Catholics who are Christians.  I’ve even known some good Protestants who are.  Whatever that church is today, its past incarnation had a role to play in history, which is the topic of keen inspection and analysis.

Our Bible translations are good enough to get us saved.  But they still fall short in a few areas.  Bad interpretations add to the failed understandings.  Failing enough people in a few key areas, we discredit the word of God for anyone who has any compassion toward those abused by certain bad teachings based on certain badly translated verses.

Some key areas where translations and traditional teachings have failed include:

      ·    Love, Marriage and Human sexuality
      ·    New Testament Rules for Living
      ·    Miracles, angels and other supernatural phenomena
      ·    The wicked work of fallen angels past and present
      ·    The supernatural power and nature of the human spirit
      ·    Miraculous gifts and authority of the Holy Spirit

Therefore, let me lay the foundation now for all I want to tell you.

      The Ages of Humankind.

There’s a slogan people use, when they try to enslave Christians under the old law of Moses.  “God is the same: yesterday, today and tomorrow!”  God is the same, but we’re not.  You can be the same parent, but your children are growing up.  Every birthday, their presents are different.  They’re age-appropriate.  So are the rules your children obey.

How many of you would let your three-year-old son borrow your truck to pick up some firewood?  None I hope.  He’s not the right age for that.  How many would do let your thirty-year-old son?  Plenty, I’m sure.  Different rules fit different ages of a person.  The same is true about humanity.  Theologians call those different ages dispensations.  Yeah, they sound smart when they use big words.  All it means is there’s different moral rules for each age of the human race.

Adam and Eve had one rule: don’t eat from that tree.  There was no law against incest.  If it weren’t for incest there’d be no human race today.  Think of it.  Who else was there to love on, Mom and Dad?  I’m not saying that didn’t happen too, but brothers and sisters were doin it.

Much later, in the age of the law of Moses, there were a lot of rules.  I’ll go into further detail later.  For now I’ll say a lot of rules had to do with worship, diet and sexuality.

Since the cross and resurrection, believers have a complete reboot of the rules of morality.  Any rule that should apply to Christians has to be clearly spelled out in the New Testament, or it’s not for us today.  For instance, under Mosaic law, as we call the law of Moses, eating pork or clams was an abomination.  Christian pastors often have that for lunch.

I’ll be talking about New Testament morals in the New Covenant, not the Old Covenant of Moses.  If you’re not born again and you’re under the law of Moses, you better keep that law until you die.  That’s why we’re baptized.  We show we’ve died to the law and are born again in Christ.  Salvation is our death and rebirth, placing us under New Testament rules, our new liberty in Christ.  Everything from here on is about New Testament rules for morality, not old Moses.

      Misapplying the Word of God.

When we judge our fellow believers based on bad understandings of God’s word, we divide and conquer our own forces from within.  The church is the only army wounded mostly by friendly fire.  This is intentional on the part of our enemy.  Face it, folks, love does have an enemy, which is hate.

Since Easter, our Lord asks only two things of us…to love Him and to love each other.  After two thousand years, most of us still have trouble with that.

A telepath or other person running spiritual power is not necessarily an evil person.  If you hate her and call her an evil witch, you’re working for the devil.  If you hate gay, bisexual, transgender or intersex persons, calling them sinners and abominations, you’re working for the devil.  Those good people you hate may be the most devoted, loving worshipers of the one true God.  They’re beautiful just the way God made them, and you’re missing out.

These are strong words.  I dare you to stick around, cause I’m about to back them up.  If you make up your mind but don’t have any time or patience for the facts, that’s worse than ignorant.  Ignorance means you haven’t learned.  Prejudice means you refuse to learn, even when the truth is presented to you.  My challenge for you men of the cloth, you clergy, you religious leaders, is to check the original Greek and Hebrew in what I’ll show you.  Then make up your own mind.

You may have to quit your church.  You may have to quit your denomination.  But that’s better than serving an organization that quit God.  This life is so short.  Eternity is forever.  If you quit the hateful errors of most organized religion, your short life before glory can be a lot more fun than that war of condemnation too many have endured for far too long.

Are you ready to enjoy your life and love others?  Let me start from the top, giving you the proof I’ve promised.  If there’s a long-standing conspiracy, let’s identify the conspirators.

Rewriting History, and the War Against God.

Many are waking up to see our modern society is an Orwellian nightmare.  Like roaches scurrying in the kitchen, an army of darkness works to infest each new generation with lies, rewriting history to leave God out of it.  It seems today there’s only one politically correct supernatural holiday: Halloween.  Otherwise, we’re told reality consists of an unbroken chain of random cause and effect.

Although the latest physics shows our universe is an open system, the new religion is three-dimensional materialism.  Textbooks teach Thanksgiving was to thank Indians, not God.  Many say America was founded by globalist followers of Lucifer, when most of her founding fathers tried to hold a Biblical world-view.

I say they tried, because they still suffered errors in Bible translations and beliefs.  They honored God with their lives and substance, to the best of their knowledge and ability.  Though crippled by certain errors, they shone a light so bright, revisionists prefer they be forgotten.  I’ll point out some of those errors that brought hate and division, denying the power for so many holding to a form of religion.

Revisionism is the rewriting of history.  It’s central to what I’ll be showing.  The first attack on history was in the Garden.  The serpent questioned what God really told Eve.  That was not the first mutiny against God, though.

For those not already familiar with the “Gap Theory”, I’ll briefly explain.  The creation story begins in Genesis.

Genesis 1, Verse 1.  In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth.

Verse 2.   And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the
face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters.

Verse 3.  And God said, Let there be light: and there was light.

Many science minded interpret Verse 3 as God rewinding the entropy clock, pouring more organized energy back into the universe.  That implies the universe got run down after it was first created.

The Gap Theory shows this happening between Verse 1 and Verse 2.  Painting in the whole picture is a bit of a scavenger hunt through the Bible.

In Verse 1 God creates the heavens and the earth.  It stands to reason He also created inhabitants of heaven, the holy angels.

In verse 2, English translations don’t show this, but a look in the Hebrew and the Greek Septuagint shows something strange going on.  Here’s a more accurate translation of the first statement in Verse 2.

But the earth became desolation and ruin.

This begs the question.  Why did the earth become desolation and ruin?  Did God make it that way?

Isaiah 45:18 says God did not create the earth as a desolation, but He formed it to be inhabited.  That word desolation is the same word used in Genesis 1 Verse 2.  Since God did not create it all messed up, what happened to the earth between Verses 1 and 2 that messed it up?

I promised you a scavenger hunt, and here it is.

One of God’s created angels, Lucifer, decided to rebel.  There’s no point trying to understand his evil.  Evil is a psychosis, a form of insanity.  All we can do is see the evil did occur, and it messed up that angel, as well as those following him.

In Isaiah chapter 14 (my translation), we see Lucifer’s rebellion against his Creator God:

      I will scale atop heaven.
I will exalt my throne above the blazing angels of God.
I will rise up as king of the mountain, flanking the unknown.
I will ascend beyond the envelope of the hidden above.
I will be considered the Supreme Almighty.

In First John 4:8 it says:

Anyone who doesn’t love doesn’t know God, for God is love.

When Lucifer rebelled against God, he rebelled against love.  What else can we call warfare against love, but hate?  Love is the motive and nature of God and His own.  Hate is motive and nature of the devil and his own.  This begs the question.  Where did the devil get his own?  Besides writings outside the Bible like the book of Enoch, we do have some clues in Revelation chapter 12.

3 Another sign was seen in heaven. Behold, a great red dragon, having seven heads and ten horns, and on his heads seven crowns.  His tail drew one third of the stars of the sky, and threw them to the earth.

9 The great dragon was thrown down, the old serpent, he who is called the devil and Satan, the deceiver of the whole world. He was thrown down to the earth, and his angels were thrown down with him.

Oddly, the revisionists have not challenged this interpretation.  It’s commonly held that a third of heaven’s angels joined Lucifer in his rebellion against God.

What does God do about that rebellion?  It’s pretty clear He throws them down to earth.  Does He do more than that?  Does God strike them on the earth?  Let’s see.

In Job 26:12, Job recounts some of what he knows about God.

He stirs up the sea with his power, and by His understanding He strikes through Rahab*.  By His Spirit the heavens are garnished. His hand has pierced the swift serpent.

*The proper noun given in the WEB translation is Rahab, and like many names in Hebrew, it has a definition.  The meaning of this word Rahab is blusterer, proud, strength.

We know that in the end times the Lord will smite the serpent.  But this is Job talking, a long time ago, long before Revelation and Daniel, even before Moses.  Job knows something we don’t about some past run-in between God and the devil.  Most who believe in the Gap Theory say that run-in was during the time between Genesis 1 Verse 1 and 2, trashing the earth so bad God had to remake it, starting in Verse 2.

Where does this leave us?  We see God has an enemy since before Adam.  That enemy is an army of fallen angels filled with hate like the devil against our loving God.  You think those devils, those fallen angels, will sit back and watch God bless the human race without a fight?  Nope.  The human race has been plagued by Satan and his followers since day one.  Now we can see who’s behind the long-standing evil conspiracy.  It’s a conspiracy of hate against love.  The devil and his legions try their worst to get humans to hate instead of love.  The question is, will we fall for it.  Whenever we wrongfully hate our fellow humans, we’re cooperating with that rebellion against God, who is love.

I say wrongfully hate, because there’s one rare exception about hate we see in the book of Psalms.  King David prayed some imprecatory Psalms.  Imprecatory is another smart sounding big word that really means ‘Go blast ‘em, Lord, kick their ass!”  David got upset with those who hate God, and for good reason.  In Matthew 5:22, Jesus said there’s murder in our heart if we’re angry with someone for no good reason.  Ephesians 4:26 says you can be angry without sin, but you better get over it before you go to bed.  It’s good for us to turn over all our hate and anger to God, and let Him deal with the wicked people.

Getting back to the issue of the devil’s war against humanity, that bad scene between the devil and Eve is so well known I won’t go into detail.  I will show something important about the curse God put upon the devil, and by authority under him, his followers.

Genesis 3:14  Yahweh God said to the serpent, “Because you have done this, you are cursed above all livestock, and above every animal of the field. You shall go on your belly and you shall eat dust all the days of your life.

Many people think God said ‘dust of the earth’, but He didn’t.  He simply said dust.  The Hebrew word for dust gives meanings of ashes, powder, rubbish, dirt and clay.  The Greek of the Septuagint adds meanings of region, country, ground, land and world.  In one case the dust is common matter of some sort.  In another case, the dust is of an unspecified geographical region.  A valid translation then is mass of the universe.  Reports of UFOs and implants using zero point energy would fit that equally valid definition of the term ‘dust’.

By mentioning UFOs, I’ve brought up the issue of fallen angels visiting the earth.  This introduces our next issue.

Noah’s Flood and the Human Genome.

Fallen angels have been visiting the earth for a very long time.  In Genesis 6, we see inter-species hanky panky between fallen angels and human women.  Don’t be surprised angels have DNA too.  The same designer created both angels and humans.  DNA is not just for making babies.  It builds proteins and other biological stuff a body needs to live.  Keeping an immortal angel body alive is a proper use for their DNA.  Cross breeding with humans to create monsters is not.  We call the human genetic structure the human genome, and they corrupted it.

In Genesis 6 we see that horrific misuse of DNA by the fallen angels.

And it came to pass, when men began to multiply on the face of the earth, and daughters were born unto them,
that the sons of God saw the daughters of men that they were fair; and they took them wives of all which they chose.

That phrase ‘sons of God’ is used throughout the Bible to mention angels.  Only for Genesis 6 do people argue a goofy interpretation about the sons of God being the offspring of Seth.  I say goofy because Verse 6 says the hybrid offspring from this union are giants.

There were giants in the earth in those days; and also after that, when the sons of God came in unto the daughters of men, and they bare children to them, the same became mighty men which were of old, men of renown.

Crossing a good human father with a bad human mother makes brats, not giants.  Giant humanoid skeletons have been found in Peru, with elongated skulls built different from fully human skulls.  Many were also found in the US and turned over to reputable museums never to be seen again.  This is a part of the conspiracy to suppress information about the supernatural.

We don’t need museums to know there were giants, if we’re willing to believe the Bible.  The children of Israel had to fight giants.

Numbers 13:33 And there we saw the giants, the sons of Anak, which come of the giants: and we were in our own sight as grasshoppers, and so we were in their sight.

When David slew Goliath, Goliath was also a giant.  You’ve seen the Sunday school pictures.

2nd Samuel 21:19 And there was again a battle in Gob with the Philistines, where Elhanan the son of Jaareoregim, a Bethlehemite, slew the brother of Goliath the Gittite, the staff of whose spear was like a weaver’s beam.  And there was yet a battle in Gath, where was a man of great stature, that had on every hand six fingers, and on every foot six toes, four and twenty in number; and he also was born to the giant.

Do you have any idea how big a weaver’s beam is?  It takes one freakish huge hybrid humanoid to even lift that thing!

How can this be, you might ask, didn’t all the giants die in the flood of Noah?  Sadly, no.  The fallen angels created more giants after the flood.  Keep in mind what Genesis 6 said.

There were giants in the earth in those days; and also after that, when the sons of God came in unto the daughters of men, and they bare children to them, the same became mighty men which were of old, men of renown.

While there were plenty of hybrids made between humans and fallen angels after the flood, the genetic corruption of the human race was almost complete before the flood.

Why do you think, of all people, God chose Noah and his family to survive on the ark?  Do you think Noah was morally perfect?  If so, he’d be the only descendant of Adam without sin.  He could walk into heaven and say “Move over Jesus, there’s two of us now!”  Let’s get real.  All have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God.  Let’s take a look at how the Bible describes Noah.

Genesis 6:9 These are the generations of Noah: Noah was a just man and perfect in his generations, and Noah walked with God.

The true meaning of that phrase “perfect in his generations” will surprise you.  It literally means ‘pure in his generational cycles’.  That word generations is also used to refer to posterity.  It refers to his lineage, his bloodline, his family tree.  If we’re to believe the Bible, Noah and his family were the last purebred humans alive.  Everyone else had DNA corrupted by devils.

Want another scripture to support that?  Here.

Genesis 6:12 And God looked upon the earth, and, behold, it was corrupt; for all flesh had corrupted his way upon the earth.

That phrase ‘all flesh had corrupted his way upon the earth’ literally means ‘all flesh had corrupted its road on earth’.  The road of flesh is the bloodline, and with the exceptions already mentioned, all flesh, all the bloodline was corrupted on the earth.  When taken in context with Noah being of pure lineage, it’s clear Verse 12 is saying the entire earth was filled with a corrupted human genome.  Since Noah and his family were the last purebred humans alive, they were the ones to spare, while the Lord flushed the rest.

God did promise, with the rainbow, not to wipe out the human race by water any more.  He didn’t have to.  His loyal Israelites did a pretty decent job of cleansing the promised land of those giant hybrid monsters made by sex between devils and humans.  They were given a great help in surviving as a purely human group.  Through Moses, Israel was given the law.

In your home you have multiple points of protection in case a hair dryer burns out, to keep from starting a fire.  The hair dryer itself may have a fuse inside.  The bathroom may have its own fuse in your fuse box.  Last but not least, the whole house has a master fuse or circuit breaker.  That way, if one protective method fails, another will function, keeping you safe.

In much the same way, the law of Moses provided multiple ways to interrupt possible corruption of the human bloodline by devil DNA.  Mosaic law cut off avenues of approach for tainted food, tainted worship or tainted sex to corrupt human DNA with devil DNA.  Many laws of diet and morality did the job, much like many fuses protecting a sensitive circuit in the house.

We who are Christians are not under that law anymore.  The bloodline produced our Savior, our kinsman redeemer.  He took away the law from us Christians, leaving only two: love God and love others.  (For more about what a kinsman redeemer is, see the book of Ruth.)

Jews today have a right to place themselves under Mosaic law, but it’s not necessary for Christians to do so.  The book of Galatians makes that clear.  Under the law of Moses, sexual relations between men was an abomination.  So was clam chowder.  The council of Jerusalem recognized that God does not require Christians to place themselves under the law of Moses.

Circumcision was the sign of keeping Mosaic law.  The apostle Paul was fierce about saying we’re now free of it.  His comment about those who say Christians must be circumcised was that he wished they’d go beyond circumcision and cut the whole thing off   You can find this in the Greek of Galatians 5:12.  Read the whole book of Galatians, to see how dead we are to the old law of Moses, and how dead it is for us.

So why do so many pastors preach homosexuality is an abomination, then go out for lunch and eat pork ribs?  Why do so many pastors preach tithing as a law, instead of voluntary giving to help the needy and support the preacher?  Modern religion is playing a game of pick and choose, treating the law of Moses like a salad bar.  They shouldn’t be having any of that old covenant at all.  The only thing not Kosher for Christians is trying to keep the law of Moses.

According to Colossians 2:14, Christ blotted out the handwriting of ordinances that was against us, which was contrary to us, and took it out of the way, nailing it to His cross.  If Christ did away with it, then who the hell are we to burden others with any part of it?

Those Rabbis who don’t want to marry Messianic Jews make a good point, that followers of Yeshua are not bound by the Mosaic Covenant.  They still have no excuse.  While its arguable whether Messianic believers are Jewish in religion, they’re still Jewish in blood.  They’re entitled to full benefits of citizenship under the Abrahamic covenant reiterated in Jacob.  For their Jewish blood to be accepted, they should not have to swear allegiance to Mosaic law, putting the cross of Christ to an open shame.  This was why the apostle Paul had to rebuke Peter to his face for keeping separate from the Gentiles.

Let’s face it.  Not only did Christ give us forgiveness for breaking rules, He changed the rules.  He flushed the old rules completely, replacing them with two simple ones.  Love God, and love others.  Does that mean we’re free to hurt people?  No way.  When you love people, you don’t kill them or steal from them.  You don’t cheat on them, unless they’ve told you they’ll get a thrill out of it, and you agree to give them that thrill, under marital conditions you’ll hear later.

While not bound by Mosaic law, there are limits on our sexual liberty.  Gender is not an issue.  Neither is there any New Testament law against having more than one spouse.  There are still New Testament restrictions against sex outside of marriage.  Don’t be fooled by this.  I’ll explain about this in a little bit.

As a minor spoiler, you can’t be with an unbeliever.  That would be adultery against Yeshua God, our Bridegroom, a violation of the law of loving God, which is one of only two things our Savior asks of us.  (A “believer” is a lover of God.  A “make-believer” is a poser in a church.  If you’re NOT a messianic believer, for you the equivalent of “unequally yoked” might be a person filled with anger and hate, when you’re a lover, not a hater.)

Let’s get back to why that Mosaic law we’re not under anymore had to be so restrictive.  The digestive tract, our worship and our sexuality are areas of possible genetic input.  Several ways of approach had to be blocked off, and the law of Moses did a good job of that.  A lot was riding on the purity of the human bloodline.  It had to produce a Messiah, a kinsman redeemer to take our place, the Lamb of God sacrificed for sin.  That lamb had to be perfectly spotless, perfectly human.

Scientists have recently discovered molecular resonance in the DNA.  They’re taking seriously the theory that the brain and DNA modify each other.  And that’s just the brain.  Now consider the spiritual aspect of fallen angels, how they manipulate their DNA to successfully breed with humans.  We who believe the bible should understand this: spiritual activity can corrupt or cleanse our DNA through molecular resonance.

To protect the purity of the human genome, Old Testament law not only outlawed sex with fallen angels, it also outlawed spiritually engaging them, especially during activities associated with reproduction.  And that’s just to keep the physical bloodline pure, not to mention spiritual ramifications of worshiping false gods.

Whether taking in devil DNA festering with hate, or taking in devil spirituality festering with hate, anyone who engages in any kind of intercourse with fallen angels, whether spiritual or physical, will suffer toxic and corruptive influences upon spirit, mind, body and even the DNA.  This sets them up for hate, the opposite of everything God is all about.  That process works both ways.  Hating makes people more in tune with evil spirits trying to corrupt them.  Love makes people more in tune with the Holy Spirit of God who’s willing to cleanse them.

When a man uses his seed, his body produces more.  Part of that production is a process of recombining genetic information, much like shuffling a deck of cards several times.  This process is vulnerable to chance, to intrusion, to corruption or cleansing by molecular resonance.  God has tied together the procreation of the race with our highest expressions of intimacy and love.  In doing so, He’s made a way to cleanse the seed for each new generation through molecular resonance with Him.  We resonate with His love, as we love each other.

Paul talked about the mystery of marriage revealing the relationship between Christ and His bride.  If we’re to understand this mystery right, it’s more than just a symbol.  There’s a real cause and effect connection between relations with Him and relations with each other.

No wonder the fallen angels wanted to tie evil worship of false gods to human mating rituals.  What they couldn’t do by direct genetic injection, they tried by molecular resonance during procreation, to corrupt the human race.

When we see the wickedness of Sodom, that flagship city of the evil Canaanite land, we see both sexual and religious practices.  They were corrupting their flesh by sex with fallen angels.  When none were physically available, they still corrupted their flesh by combining sex with worship of evil false gods.  The molecular resonance method may have been slower, but it was still effective.

Cover-up and throwing gays under the bus.

Wait a minute.  Wasn’t Sodom famous for males screwing males?  Yes it was.  But you’ll never guess who did the screwing, unless you’ve read the book of Jude.

We’re told in Genesis 19:4 that the men of Sodom went nuts with lust after the two angels who came to visit Lot.

But before they lay down, the men of the city, the men of Sodom, surrounded the house, both young and old, all the people from every quarter.  They called to Lot, and said to him, “Where are the men who came in to you this night? Bring them out to us, that we may have sex with them.”

Most people think it’s because angels must look really cute, like young-looking innocent little boys they could easily corrupt, like Christmas tree angels.  Isn’t that how people think?

There’s only one problem with this theory.  Verses 10 and 11 show that once the two angels displayed angelic power by striking the men of Sodom blind, this only added to their lust.

But the men reached out their hand, and brought Lot into the house to them, and shut the door.  They struck the men who were at the door of the house with blindness, both small and great, so that they wearied themselves to find the door.

Stricken blind, the men fought even harder to find the door.  By this insanity, the men acted like they already knew Lot’s two visitors were angels.  The book of Jude (Verses 6 and 7) shows the men lusted after the angels because they were angels, not because they were boys.

Angels who didn’t keep their first domain, but deserted their own dwelling place, he has kept in everlasting bonds under darkness for the judgment of the great day.  Even as Sodom and Gomorrah, and the cities around them, having, in the same way as these, given themselves over to sexual immorality and gone after strange flesh, are shown as an example, suffering the punishment of eternal fire.

Jude is making reference to the book of Enoch.  While not officially a book of the Bible, it was well-read by those reading Jude’s letter.  The book of Enoch describes in some surprising detail the whole episode surrounding the Genesis 6 account, how the fallen angels left their heavenly estate, came down and bred with human women.  The book of Jude tells of those angels being held in chains for judgment day.

Then Jude equates those angels committing inter-species breeding to the activities of the people in Sodom.  In case this isn’t obvious enough, he says that the Sodomites are going after ‘strange flesh’.  That phrase ‘strange flesh’ literally means ‘different kind of meat.’  If their problem were homosexuality, Jude would have said same-sex or the like.  The phrase ‘different kind of meat’ refers to different species, just as we consider chicken and beef to be different kinds of meat.

The word translated by the phrase ‘even as’ means ‘in like manner’.  That means that the sin committed by the fallen angels in the first statement is the same sin committed by the Sodomites in the second statement.  In both cases, they were having sex with a different species.  Specifically, they were both having sex between angel and human.  Returning to the Genesis account of Sodom, we now see the men of Sodom were in the habit of screwing with angels, and that’s why they wanted Lot’s two angelic visitors.

The true sin of Sodom was intentionally having sex with fallen angels, and when there weren’t any physically available, having sex while worshiping fallen angels.  This pretty much sums up the idolatrous practices of the Canaanites the Israelites had to drive from the land.

What does all this have to do with throwing gays under the bus?  Plenty.

The rules of morality got a complete reboot at the cross.  We now have just two New Testament commands.  Love God and love each other.  That’s it.  Everything else is a function of those two rules.  The Church of Rome knew this, but they had a problem.

In the fifth century, the Roman church began a practice of worshiping angels.  Protestants have a good understanding that the first angel to receive worship got in big trouble for it.  That was Lucifer.  Angels are not supposed to receive worship.  No holy angel will receive worship.  Only fallen angels will.

Based on this, which angels do you think the church of Rome was worshiping, good angels or bad angels?  You guessed it.  Bad angels.  Some say we’ve come full circle today with the Vatican calling upon the name of Lucifer in worship.  I’ll let you decide that one for yourself.  Search for it on YouTube.  You’ll find it.

It’s no coincidence that also in the fifth century, right about that time, the official church position on Genesis 6 changed.  That lame Sethite theory tried to say the sons of God in Genesis 6 were the offspring of Seth.  It became the approved doctrine.  Yes, in order to get away with worshiping fallen angels, the Roman church began a massive cover up of the wicked works of fallen angels throughout human history.

They had a little problem, however, with the New Testament book of Romans.  The book of Romans exposed the sin of Sodom, humans having sex with fallen angels.  This was really bad press for the fallen angels.  Somebody had to take the blame, other than the devils screwing with the Sodomites.  After careful study, they decided to throw the gays under the bus.  Just as with pushing the Sethite theory, they weren’t the first to do this, but their doing so elevated gay bashing above mere mainstream.  Their deception was received by a vast majority as if it had come from God Himself.

It was a brilliant spin job.  Although insane, the fallen angels are scary intelligent.  The official church interpretation of Genesis 6 covered up the pre-flood trans-humanism (making something non-human by mixing humans with devil DNA).  But the book of Romans was still blowing the whistle on the trans-humanism after the flood, specifically in Sodom.  They had to come up with some other explanation.

Twisting one phrase from the Greek corrupted the verse about women and the following one about men.  That slick deception fooled loyal bigots for centuries, making them prejudiced in their Bible translations for English and other modern languages.  The deception came first, then the translations.

In Romans 1:26, the scripture starts by saying what the women were doing.

“for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature”

This English translation fits with the official teaching of the Roman church on the matter.  Too bad it’s not an accurate translation.

Keep in mind the book of Jude said Sodom’s sin at least included reproductive sex between fallen angels and human women.  The faulty English translation of Romans 1:26 could be stretched to cover that scenario.  Creating horrific hybrid monsters from human and devil DNA does qualify as being against the natural use of sex.  But that’s not the understanding most will get from the English translation or the Roman doctrine that spawned it.

The genius of this deception is that by hiding the true meaning of Verse 26, the reader is robbed of vital information needed to correctly understand Verse 27.

A more accurate English translation from the Greek for Verse 26 is as follows.

for even their women did exchange the physical intercourse to that which is of a separate germination, lineal descent, genus or sort.

A genus is a species.  Nothing could be more specific than the Greek here.  The women had sexual intercourse with members of a separate species.  This is further supported by the book of Jude saying Sodom had the same sin as Genesis 6, namely, reproductive sex between fallen angels and human women.  Jude proves this understanding of Romans.

In Romans 1, just as in Jude, the Greek word ‘homo’ is never used.  In Jude, the word ‘hetero’ is actually used to refer to ‘different kind of meat’.  In Romans, the word ‘para’ is used, meaning separate.  It’s the same word we use to refer to ministries that are separate from any particular church, calling them ‘para-church ministries’.

If the Holy Spirit meant same sex, He would have used the Greek word ‘homo’, but He didn’t.  Just how illiterate do you think God is?  Do you think God has trouble with the Greek language?  God uses the right words.  Humans twisted them into the wrong meanings.

Once we firmly establish in our minds the truth that Romans 1:26 spoke of the women screwing with devils, we can correctly apply the word ‘likewise’ that begins Verse 27.

To show you how this should have read in English, here’s an accurate translation of Verse 27.

And likewise also the males, leaving the natural use of the female, burned in their lust one toward another; male with male working that which is indecent, and receiving in themselves that compensation into themselves of their error that was the necessary binding result.

At first this seems like some gay bashing again.  Don’t be fooled by assumptions.  The first word ‘likewise’ forces you to take into account the correct meaning of the previous verse.

Since the previous verse specified a sexual coupling between human and fallen angel, we must apply that aspect to the entire Verse 27.  First of all, the verse says males, not men.  Male fallen angels were taking part in sex with human men.  When those male fallen angels were available to the men of Sodom, they had no interest in females, the human women.  It was long held that pure blooded angels are all male, and that the hybrids are male or female.  Thus a female demon could be a Lillith or succubus, but no fallen angel was female.  Thus if the men of Sodom wanted sex with an angel, it had to be a male.

Understanding this, the men of Sodom leaving the female meant leaving humans and preferring instead the male fallen angels.  The type of intercourse is then given, namely male with male.  Next it said they were together working something indecent.  The most indecent thing about all this is humans getting screwed by devils, a different species, angelic bestiality.

The last portion of this verse is the scariest part of all.  Before I parse it for you, I must report something medial researchers have discovered recently.  Inside the colon, recombinant gene modification occurs.  Penicillin resistant genes from a penicillin resistant germ can break out and recombine with a non-resistant germ, creating a new variety of germ.  Now imagine what happens when exceedingly virulent fallen angel DNA is injected into a human colon.  It can take over the human genome until the individual is no longer completely human.  The problem wasn’t the sex.  It was the species doing it.  Serious theologians believe this happened to Nimrod, and that this is what was happening to the men of Sodom.

You might be shocked at the idea of a human wanting to become a combination of human and something inhuman.  It’s called trans-humanism, and secret labs are playing around with it to try to create the perfect super-soldier.  You may be shocked to learn that humans are already lusting to become something not entirely human.  What makes you think such lust is new?  The men of Sodom knew what they were doing, lusting to get pegged by devils, just like Nimrod.  They wanted some of the super powers the fallen angels had.  They lusted after godhood.  It’s that same old crappy come-on line from the garden.  You’d be surprised how many cults use the same gimmick today, promising their victims will become gods.

Now let’s examine Verse 27 again, in light of this understanding.

And likewise also the males, leaving the natural use of the female, burned in their lust one toward another; male with male working that which is indecent, and receiving in themselves that compensation into themselves of their error that was the necessary binding result.

What was that compensation into themselves for this effort?  What kind of error was being put into them that was necessary and binding?  Genetic modification was binding on them.  The phrase necessary and binding can be seen as the inevitable, cause-and-effect result.  The binding aspect is the fact that they can never get rid of the devil genome, once injected.  Only a miracle could rid them of it, assuming they even wanted such a miracle.

The sin of Sodom wasn’t homosexuality.  It was trans-humanism through inter-species sex between humans and fallen angels.  Gays making love with fellow humans didn’t commit the sin of Sodom.  You want to know who did?  The very same people who threw gays under the bus in the first place.  By a process of molecular resonance, those who worshiped fallen angels were the ones corrupting themselves to become not entirely human.  Isn’t that what the devils promised them?  They lust to be gods, and in the process lose their humanity.  That was then, but what about now?  It frightens me when some say they’ll welcome and even baptize ET.

What of children descended from devil worshiping parents?  Are they stuck with those genetic errors imparted to their parents by molecular resonance?  Of course not.  The Holy Spirit can clean us up using that same process of molecular resonance.  And He’s a lot better at it.

     What About LGBT Orthodox Jews?

There is a contingent of people of Jewish religion who adhere to a gay friendly understanding of Leviticus.  While I’ll let them battle that out, I’ll at least point out some of their relevant arguments.

In both Leviticus 18:22 and Leviticus 20:13, ‘lie with mankind’ is three words:

shakab:  This word, just by itself means ‘lie with’, as in ‘to screw’ or ‘to f**k’.
'eth:  Though many translate this as ‘with’, its primary definition is ‘near’.
zakar:  This word means a male, often referring to a male offspring.

Taken together, these three words literally translated would be ‘lie with with male’, which would be redundant and meaningless, or ‘lie with near male’, which must be properly understood.  If ‘lie with near’ is taken as physical proximity, that is also redundant and meaningless, for one cannot lie with a remote body...they hadn’t invented phone sex yet.  This leaves only one rational meaning for the whole phrase: ‘lie with near male’, where ‘near male’ is understood to be a close male blood-relative.  There is such a thing as rape via coercion in fear of authority.  This is why company policies protect secretaries from the advances of lustful bosses.  This interpretation makes sense in context immediately following other examples of incest relations prohibited during the dispensation of Mosaic law.

     Moving On.

Having used the truth of God’s word to knock out the main argument for hating gays, the rest is pretty much mop-up.

The New Testament lists people who are not going to heaven.  New Testament Greek words translated as homosexual and effeminate really mean pagan temple prostitutes and boy prostitutes kept by older men.  Both of those are selling sex, not having marital relations.

Why am I suddenly speaking of marriage?  Because making love is a marital relation.

      Sister Wives in the Lord.

Now that we’ve demolished the excuses used by haters to forbid same sex relations on general principle, we still need to address the issue of fornication and adultery.  Fornication is having sex outside of marriage.  Adultery is having sex outside of your marriage when you’re married.  Since the church is the bride of Christ, both terms mean the same for us.

In Old Testament times, plural marriage was common.  How many of you have heard the modern statement that marriage is between one man and one woman?  If God believed that, most of the twelve tribes of Israel would be bastards.  There are Old Testament commands against multiplying wives, but based on Old Testament marriages God has blessed, there’s a difference between multiplying and adding.  It has to do with excess…being the husband of so many that the wives are like strangers.

Today we aren’t even under that Old Testament command.  The closest thing to it is Paul’s personal suggestion to let each have their own spouse.

1st Corinthians 7:2 Nevertheless, to avoid fornication, let every man have his own wife, and let every woman have her own husband.

It makes you think your own spouse means all to yourself, exclusively, right?  Wrong.

The Greek word translated as ‘his own’ and ‘her own’ is just as properly translated as ‘their own’.  It means ‘pertaining to self’.  There’s a sense of belonging without a sense of exclusivity or singularity.  That’s the Greek word you’d use to speak of your own country.  And you can have more than one country if you have dual citizenship.  It speaks of belonging.  You can belong to a car club and a gun club at the same time.  They’re both your own clubs, meaning you belong to those clubs instead of other ones.  You might belong to a Christian car club and a Christian gun club instead of Satanist car and gun clubs.

Neither is this a command.  It is rather a general suggestion or recommendation Paul is making in his letter.  He had just finished saying you’re better off not even having sex.  Then he says to avoid fornication, you can do this.  This is Paul throwing in his two-cent’s worth, certainly nothing you can stretch into any kind of commandment.

So there’s no New testament prohibition against plural marriage.  The important thing is to avoid fornication by having someone you can identify as your spouse, and to make love with them instead of someone who’s not your spouse.

The New Testament command to love others would keep us from frustrating a whole bunch of women.  Of course, under our New Testament liberty, if you were a billionaire, you could marry a thousand wives like Solomon did, but make sure they’re all bisexual, and encourage them all to be happy with each other.  The only thing left is having kids.  If you were bisexual you could marry five hundred women and five hundred men, and everyone works out who makes kids with whom.  They’d all be like sister wives.  They’d be sibling spouses.

That sounds like a bat crazy thing to do, right?  Wrong.

Revelation 21:2    And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband.  And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and he will dwell with them, and they shall be his people, and God himself shall be with them, and be their God.  And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.

In the gospels, Christ refers to Himself as the Bridegroom.  In the passage above from Revelation, the church is referred to as the bride.  It’s universally understood the church is the bride of Christ, and Christ is our bridegroom.  It’s surprising how few people realize that we believers are sister wives, brides of Christ.  We are Heaven’s Brides.

Where does that place us, with respect to each other?  Hopefully in a lot of respect.  Since there’s no prohibition against sex of any kind within marriage, we’re not just sisterwives.  We’re sister wives with benefits.

Hebrews 13:4 (KJV) Marriage is honourable in all, and the bed undefiled...

This verse gives explicit permission for sister wives with benefits.  In the Greek, it says:

Marriage is honorable within between each and all thoroughly so even also the bed is undefiled...

To honor the marriage between each and every marriage partner within, even to the point of bedding together, that’s another way of saying sister wives with benefits.  This understanding is so clear, direct from the Greek, that only an exceedingly clear and strong New Testament scripture to the contrary could refute it.  There is no such refuting scripture.

Since it won’t help our case any as New Testament believers, I’ll only mention briefly the fact that there was no Old Testament law against gay women, only gay men.  I know, sexist isn’t it?  Keep in mind those laws had many ways to keep devils from contaminating the human gene pool, in one case by devils pegging humans.  Even so, we don’t live under the old Mosaic law anymore.

There’s a reason I point out the lack of any law against lesbian relations.  I also point out no mention of any woman accused or punished under presumption of such law.  Of the thousand wives and concubines of Solomon, there must have been some pretty horny ladies.  Not one of them got in trouble for relations between sister wives.  This must be intentional on the part of the Lord, for it is more than extremely likely, yet with no repercussions.

The Canaanite men were having sex with male devils.  Those people had no qualms about same sex relations.  The Israelites were well aware of it.  For Israel to completely overlook relations between Solomon’s sister wives, they had to have looked into the law and found, as we have, that there was no law against relations between sister wives under Moses.

We’re not under the old covenant, meaning the Mosaic covenant.  As Christians we’re grafted into the Abrahamic covenant reiterated in Jacob.  We’re married into the vine in Christ, adopted into the Lord by the spirit of adoption whereby we cry Abba, Father.  Old Testament writings are useful in showing types, prototypes and examples for learning principles.  In the sister wives of Solomon, we see a type of the bride of Christ.

Just as there was no law against the brides of Solomon being sister wives with benefits, there’s no New Testament law against we the church, Heaven’s Brides, being sister wives with benefits as well.  As Protestants we acknowledge the priesthood of all believers, and all believers are the bride of Christ.  Only one religious organization tries to prohibit their priests from having marital relations, and we all know how well that worked out.  Lawsuits are still pending from children molested by priests.

In all this I’m talking about God’s law, not man’s law.  Man’s law allows any orgy of consenting adults, as long as marriage is not mentioned.  Man’s law will need to catch up with God’s law.  There’s an erotic romance book about sister wife relations of believers, entitled Actress Inside the Super Hero.  It contains a template for a new constitutional amendment that would correct marriage law in our country.  I strongly advise our lawmakers to look it up and implement it.  Until then, we’re still free to conduct ourselves as sister wives with benefits, between fellow believers, as long as we don’t call it marriage under the jurisdiction of man.

I promised you I would touch upon the issues of fornication and adultery.  Theologians have often likened worshiping false gods to spiritual adultery.  I tell you the nature of adultery is one in the same for the mind, body and spirit.  We the believers are one marriage to one God, our one Bridegroom.  Sexual relations between believers are holy and pure as we are sister wives with benefits.

Likewise, a Christian marrying an unbeliever is spiritual adultery.  If you’re the first in your marriage to get saved, 1st Corinthians says to stay, unless the unbeliever departs.  God can clean His own, but don’t disrespect God by purposely forcing Him to, if you can help it.

If you’re NOT a messianic believer, the issue of spiritual adultery might not be a limiting factor for you, except perhaps as it may relate to being a lover versus a hater.  Some hearing this sermon may be encouraged to avoid angry, hateful people.  That being said, let’s move on.

Some states have laws against spiritual marriage to more than one person at once.  The solution is simple.  Under the laws of man, you’re all fornicating.  If you form tighter clusters of personal commitment on earth before glory, make sure your ceremony uses the word ‘recognize’ instead of ‘take’, and the jurisdiction is heaven.  No state has jurisdiction over heaven.  Under heaven’s jurisdiction you’re Heaven’s Brides, not fornicators.  By man’s laws on earth, you’re all still fornicating perfectly legally.  Have no fear of God judging you by man’s laws.  God is not man’s bitch.

      Is Incest Blessed?

I sincerely doubt there’s any brother or sister who hasn’t had at least a fleeting thought of sex with a close family member.  Something called genetic attraction can heat up such desire to hormonal raging levels.  Beside the law of Moses, which doesn’t apply to us any more, there are natural inhibitions against incest to mitigate weakening of a bloodline through inbreeding.

I don’t believe in evolution, where lizards supposedly evolve into birds, but I do believe in variation, where large poodles are carefully bred for teacup poodles.  Some bloodlines are more vulnerable to inbreeding problems than others.  This may explain why some have a problem with incest and others don’t.  Those who hate incest the most should marry someone very different.  Their bodies may be trying to tell them their bloodline is already weak enough.  Genetic attraction is a complex issue.

The general aversion should be enough to protect the race, without dumpster diving for dead rules in the law of Moses.  Strictly from a standpoint of molecular biology, the consistent inbreeding in royal families far surpasses the genetic effects of occasional marriage between brother and sister.  That may explain some of the antics we read about in history, and in the tabloids today.

Intrinsically, God has nothing against incest, since it was the only way Adam and Eve could produce the human race.  For a while, there was a Mosaic dispensation, otherwise known as the age of the law of Moses.  We’re free and clear of that now.  Anyone saying God prohibits incest between consenting adult Christians needs to prove it from the New Testament.  There’s only one scripture people have misapplied for doing this, and they’ve done a good job of getting most people to believe them.  There’s just one problem.  It’s not true.

One New Testament episode is reported, by which modern day Pharisees cause doubt about our common marriage to Christ our Bridegroom.  I’ll read the entire passage, and then break it down for you.  As with many scriptures, we need to be awake and aware enough to look past commonly held brainwashing, to see the point the Lord is actually making.

1st Corinthians 5:1  It is actually reported that there is sexual immorality among you, and such sexual immorality as is not even named among the Gentiles, that one has his father’s wife.  You are arrogant, and didn’t mourn instead, that he who had done this deed might be removed from among you.  For I most certainly, as being absent in body but present in spirit, have already, as though I were present, judged him who has done this thing.  In the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, you being gathered together, and my spirit, with the power of our Lord Jesus Christ, are to deliver such a one to Satan for the destruction of the flesh, that the spirit may be saved in the day of the Lord Jesus.

The word says that in the mouth of two or more witnesses a fact is established.  Many claim this single scripture proves incest between consenting adults is a sin, though no other New Testament verse provides any confirmation.  In defending against their restriction of our liberty, I’ll show two points in scripture, not just one, disproving their doctrinal error.

Let’s examine the first mention.  Much is said about first mention in scripture, and this is no exception.  What’s the first thing the scripture says about the sexual immorality reported?  It says that it’s of a sort that’s not even named among the Gentiles.  The Greeks were central in what the New Testament calls the Gentiles.  I’ll return to that issue soon.  There’s another issue even more pressing, however.

The second thing mentioned is that the man committing the immorality ‘possesses his stepmother’.  Notice the stepmother is not named as a guilty party.  She’s not to be thrust out from the church.  It takes two to tango.  If the sexual act were consensual on the part of the stepmother, Paul would have counted her guilty as well.

Some argue this point by saying in that patriarchal society they considered women moral non-entities, merely objects of men’s pleasure and use.  Those who assert that have forgotten the woman taken in adultery and thrust at the feet of Jesus.  The Lord spoke to her, not to the man who committed adultery with her, saying go and sin no more.  Keep in mind this was before the cross, so all definition of sin was still under the Mosaic law.  The point I’m making here is that even in those days a woman was just as morally accountable as a man.

If the stepmother had given her consent to the stepson, Paul would have accused her as well, and made the church thrust them both out, not just the stepson.  This proves the stepmother was a victim of rape.  That was indeed a horrific form of sexual immorality.

As a corroborating text of the New Testament naming and accusing women, look at Revelation 2:20.  A church body is accused of putting up with a seducing prophetess who’s a Jezebel.  On the contrary, in the verse about the stepson, there’s a conspicuous lack of any blame assigned to the stepmother. This indicates the horrific nature of the sexual act committed by the stepson.  The issue of the man having his stepmother was not one of incest, but one of rape.

A further proof will nail shut the coffin for the modern day Pharisee’s interpretation of the 1st Corinthians passage.  Let us look again to the first mention.  There’s a theological term called the law of first mention.  It means that the first time something is mentioned in the Bible, that mention has a priority of importance, and sets the tone for every following mention.

The first mention about the sexual immorality of the stepson is the fact that his sin has never once been named among the Gentiles.  Anyone familiar with classic Greek writings, old Greek legends or even modern psychology should be hearing alarm bells ringing and seeing red flags sprouting everywhere.  Was consensual sex between a son and his mother never named among the Greeks at the time?  It was very well named at the time!

A classic Greek author by the name of Sophocles was well known to that Gentile church.  He was born 500 years before Christ, and he wrote a very famous play called Oedipus Rex.  It was about a man who ended up killing his father and marrying his mother.  That’s the basis of the psychological issue called the Oedipus complex.  The issue of replacing one’s own father in the marriage bed with Mommy was not only well known, but it had a very famous name.  That behavior was so commonly named among the Gentiles that every Gentile and every Jew could instantly tell you that name: Oedipus.

Evidently, the Corinthian church already knew about the rape and its circumstances.  The reason the Holy Spirit placed that first mention in there was so that we, who are not a part of that congregation, may understand all the issues involved.  That first mention was to warn us that the sin of the stepson was not merely an Oedipus event.  It wasn’t merely consensual incest with Mom, but rather, something that was never once named among the Gentiles, raping Mommy.

The Corinthian congregation may have heard of some special circumstances surrounding the rape.  Paul still came against them, telling them there’s no excuse for such an act, no matter what.  We don’t know if the dad abused the son in some horrific way, and the stepmother did nothing to protect him.  We don’t know if the stepson finally beat up the abusive father and raped the permissive stepmother in front of the abusive dad.  The only thing we do know is that the congregation, being puffed up, somehow justified the sin of that stepson.

Paul went on record to say that such a sin has no excuse under any circumstance.  We say today that two wrongs don’t make a right.  Even if the mother stood by while the stepson was abused, there’s still no moral high ground for the stepson forcing sex upon his stepmother.

What about saving the spirit by the destruction of the flesh?  The only thing that saves a spirit is salvation itself.  This is an indication that the stepson was not born again.  This is no surprise, considering the horrific crime he committed.  This eliminates the misuse of 1st Corinthians 5 to prohibit incest on general principle.  There are no other New Testament scriptures against incest between adult, consenting Christians.

Besides misusing that episode as an excuse to prohibit incest, many misuse Paul’s response to that situation as an excuse to dish out unending condemnation.  They should take note that Paul advised the church to accept the stepson after he repented.  Evidently the stepson became a new creation in Christ, and he was accepted.  This should not be a surprise to those who know of Paul’s past crimes against the church.  At the risk of sounding self-serving, I’ll say this.  If the early church could forgive and accept the man once known as Saul, we can accept a pastor who repents and starts preaching truth.

Here’s a final comment about Moses and sexual liberty.  Gay bashing in church was one of the devil’s most successful strategies to suppress knowledge of our liberty in Christ.  I predict many who struggle with their identity under Mosaic law will reconsider Yeshua’s New Covenant.  We’ll see an abundance of LGBTQIP+ Messianic Jews coming out of the closet.  God doesn’t bribe them with freedom.  He woos them with love.  After hearing about nothing but hate from Christians or perhaps Christians In Name Only, they finally learn the loving truth about Yeshua HaMashiach and His New Covenant.  John said it best.  God is love.  I’m not saying Moses was unloving.  He had a job to do, and did it well.  That was then and this is now.  The church, under the New Covenant, has no right to place believers under the Old Covenant.  The New Testament gives us just two laws.  Love God.  Love others.  For too long, the church has failed at both.

Giving the Wife back her Credit Card.

There is power and authority in being the wife of God.  The devil has tried to convince the bride that she has no power.  This is like a mugger trying to steal the wife’s credit card, so she has no authority or power to spend the resources granted to her by her husband.  What has been stolen from Christians, you might ask, what power and authority have we been tricked into doing without?

Have you ever heard of cessationism?  It’s the fraudulent doctrine that as soon as the printing press was invented, the Holy Spirit ran away, playing hide and seek from the believer.  When you put it as plainly as this, it sounds ridiculous, which it is.

When it comes to spiritual power, the devil has two main strategies.  The first is to work under cover of darkness by convincing everyone he doesn’t exist.  The second strategy of the devil is to convince everyone that if he does exist, he’s the only one with any supernatural power in this world.

It’s like making war on your spiritual second amendment rights, disarming the populace so only the criminals and terrorists are armed.  In this case, the armament is spiritual.  For that matter, so is much of the warfare.

      2nd Corinthians 10:3  For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war after the flesh: (For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds; Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ;

Ephesians 6:12  For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.

Does that mean the power of the Holy Spirit can only affect the mind, like some drug or happiness potion?  No way.  Here’s an Old Testament example of the Holy Spirit in action.

Judges 14:5  Then went Samson down, and his father and his mother, to Timnath, and came to the vineyards of Timnath: and, behold, a young lion roared against him.  And the Spirit of the LORD came mightily upon him, and he rent him as he would have rent a kid, and he had nothing in his hand: but he told not his father or his mother what he had done.

In this example, the man Samson, barehanded, killed a roaring lion.  Keep in mind this was just from the Holy Spirit coming upon Samson.  How much more power should we be manifesting as believers, since the Holy Spirit is not merely upon us, but living within us?

The world has no trouble showing spiritual power over the physical world being manifested by the devil.  Watch any horror movie, including the Exorcist.  You’ll see super powers exhibited by those inhabited by demons.

There’s a New Testament example of such as well.

Acts 19:14  And there were seven sons of one Sceva, a Jew, and chief of the priests, which did so.  And the evil spirit answered and said, Jesus I know, and Paul I know; but who are ye?  And the man in whom the evil spirit was leaped on them, and overcame them, and prevailed against them, so that they fled out of that house naked and wounded.

In this example, the demon-possessed man beat up the seven sons, leaving them naked and wounded.

That’s all well and good, you may say, but are there any New Testament examples of super powers in the Holy Spirit?

Matthew 10:7  And as ye go, preach, saying, The kingdom of heaven is at hand.  Heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, raise the dead, cast out devils: freely ye have received, freely give.

Mark16:17  And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues; They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover.

This last scripture is so dangerous to the kingdom of darkness, the enemy conspired to remove it from our Bibles.  We have a good idea of what the original Bible writings are in the original languages, because we have so many copies that all say essentially the same thing.

This collective body of text is called the ‘textus receptus’, in other words the ‘received text’, upon which the King James and the WEB translations were built.  Keep in mind that the copies we have are copies of copies of copies, yet we can be confident in them because they all say the same thing.

Some modern translations have been built upon a few slightly older copies originating from early cults, and those modern translations have errors in places where the KJV does not.  Then again, the translation work in certain places was done better, so some modern versions translate a few verses correctly where the King James got it wrong.  There’s no perfect English translation, as I’ve stated in the beginning.  I sure hope you’ll check all translations, including mine.

The reason I bring up this issue is that the verse from Mark recently quoted is missing from the slightly older imperfect cultic copies that disagree with the majority of existing copies forming the consensus of the textus receptus.  Some may argue that the verse in Mark is redundant, since we see believers doing the things listed there.

The issue is that some may consider such actions the exception, rather than the rule.  In truth, the verse in Mark is a part of the Bible, and is an indication of the power available to all Christians, not just a few.

I already warned you about the conspiracy to disarm Christians of all spiritual power.  It should be no surprise that the enemy is trying to erase any mention of that power.

As the bride of Christ, you carry His credit card, the power of His Holy Spirit.  The Holy Spirit lives within you.  Even fundamentalist Baptists will accept that fact.  They’ll tell you that when you read your Bible, the Holy Spirit highlights the understanding for you.

That much is well and good.  We must also recognize that our power and authority the Holy Spirit invests in us takes control over nature and the physical universe, as well as over thought and spiritual state.

At issue here is the phenomenon known as the gifts of the Holy Spirit, or, spiritual gifts.  Cessationists are those who claim that the Holy Spirit gifts have ceased, leaving Christians powerless against the super powers of devils and demons, as seen in so many horror movies.

The Cessationists derive their fraudulent doctrine by twisting a single scripture, with no other supporting verse.

Love never fails. But where there are prophecies, they will be done away with. Where there are various languages, they will cease. Where there is knowledge, it will be done away with.  For we know in part, and we prophesy in part; but when that which is complete has come, then that which is partial will be done away with.

I know, it’s a really weak argument, isn’t it?  But when enough preachers pound the pulpit hard enough and often enough, people believe them, even though their argument has no merit.  They claim that since the canon of scripture is complete, the Holy Spirit gift of partial supernatural knowledge ceases.  By association, they also assume that the rest of the Holy Spirit gifts have ceased too, such as miraculous healing and prophecy.

There are a few problems with their argument.  First, the gifts of the Holy Spirit were still in operation after the book of Revelation was written by John.  To answer that, they say what it really means is that when the printing press was invented, everyone got to have a copy of the complete canon of scripture, known as the Bible.  There’s a glaring error in that statement of theirs as well.  We don’t have the complete Bible.  We have imperfect translations of the Bible, so the bible we have is still incomplete.

Furthermore, even the complete canon of scripture is not the complete knowledge of Christ.  There is a lot to know about the Lord, even on earth, which is not reported in the Bible.

John 21:25  There are also many other things which Jesus did, which if they would all be written, I suppose that even the world itself wouldn’t have room for the books that would be written.

In the last verse of the gospel of John it clearly states that the written record of knowledge about Christ on earth is incomplete!  Even by their own logic, since they were talking about complete knowledge versus incomplete knowledge, until those unwritten things about Jesus mentioned in the book of John are written down and added to the Bible, the gifts cannot be said to have ceased.

Face it, folks.  The supernatural power of the Christian, through the indwelling power of the Holy Spirit, is just as much for today as ever.  In fact, we haven’t even begun to scratch the surface.  Jesus said so.  We will do greater works as believers than He did.

John 14:12  Most certainly I tell you, he who believes in me, the works that I do, he will do also; and he will do greater works than these, because I am going to my Father.

Are You a Good Witch or a Bad Witch?

That is the amusing question put to Dorothy by Glinda the Good Witch, in the movie Wizard of Oz.  Your answer, as a Holy Spirit empowered believer, may depend on what one means by the term ‘witch’.

Your answer might be this.  “I’m not any kind of witch.  My power comes from the Holy Spirit”.  You might especially answer this if you were on trial in Salem for the alleged sin of manifesting supernatural power.  The abominable practice of burning witches was based upon three forms of corruption.  The first form was the fraudulent doctrine of Cessationism.  We just finished discussing it.  The second form of corruption was the misbegotten notion that Christians are under Old Testament law.  The third form of corruption was an abhorrent error in translation in the King James Bible.  Please note.  The following quotation is NOT what the Bible says.  I am about to quote a horrible error in translation of what the Bible says.

The King James version of Exodus 22:18 says:  “Thou shalt not suffer a witch to live”.  This is an egregious error in translation.  The original Hebrew says: “Do not keep and nourish a sorceress, a whisperer of enchantments”.  The Septuagint makes this even more clear.  In the Greek of the Septuagint it shows the prohibition of employment.  “A sorcerer you shall not procure, purchase, acquire, buy and make to be around oneself.”  This is a prohibition against hiring a mercenary spell caster.  It is not a command to go into the countryside and kill anyone you find running any kind of supernatural power.

To be fair, some confusion is understandable.  In the Old Testament law, under which we are not presently bound, there was an instruction to drive out those who practice certain magical arts and certain horrific idolatrous practices.

Deuteronomy 18:9  When thou art come into the land which the LORD thy God giveth thee, thou shalt not learn to do after the abominations of those nations.  There shall not be found among you any one that maketh his son or his daughter to pass through the fire, or that useth divination, or an observer of times, or an enchanter, or a witch.  Or a charmer, or a consulter with familiar spirits, or a wizard, or a necromancer.  For all that do these things are an abomination unto the LORD: and because of these abominations the LORD thy God doth drive them out from before thee.

If we are to unlock, parse and correctly translate this passage, we need to resort to the original languages, the Hebrew and for clarification the Greek of the Septuagint.

The first thing we need to understand is that words were piled together without the connective glue we use in modern languages, punctuation.  It’s expected of us to parse these words in context with each other and in context with the rest of God’s word.

When thou art come into the land which the LORD thy God giveth thee, thou shalt not learn to do after the abominations of those nations.

This much is straightforward, and translated well.

There shall not be found among you any one that maketh his son or his daughter to pass through the fire,

This too is translated correctly.  The Canaanites used to heat up an idol of their false god named Moloch, and place their children into its red-hot bronze arms to burn alive.  Some say that the modern abortion industry is performing blood sacrifices to that devil.

The problem comes with the next portion.  The next phrase is translated this way in English.

“…or that useth divination, or an observer of times, or an enchanter, or a witch, Or a charmer, or a consulter with familiar spirits, or a wizard, or a necromancer.”

Looking at the full meanings of the Greek words, and context, an amplified best translation is as follows.

“distributing by lot (like tossing dice) or magic scroll for a fee as witchcraft, practicing dark hidden magic spells, hissing like a serpent with enchantments and observing of times as a sorcerer, joining a society that inquires of the dead or familiar spirits, conjuring to worship or seek among the dead.”

This is still pretty loaded, so let’s pick it apart.  Charging a fee for randomly selecting magic scrolls, tossing dice, or otherwise using luck, such as the use of Tarot cards, is forbidden.  There are false prophets, fortune-tellers today, who do this.  God told the Israelites to drive them out.  In our case we may avoid using them, voting with our wallet.  This so far is much like the command to not hire a mercenary spell caster.  That’s not us, so we’re good.

The hissing like a serpent with enchantments is a subtle phrase.  The hissing brings to mind the serpent.  In fact, the Hebrew word used here to mean hissing like a serpent is the same word used in Genesis 3 to refer to the devil coming to Eve as a serpent.  One might translate that portion as “devilish enchantments”.  Our spiritual power does not come from the devil or any serpent, so we’re clear of that as well.

The next portion is observing of times as a sorcerer.  This rightly calls to mind modern arts of astrology, where people claim to have some supernatural power to tell the fate of a person based upon observing the stars and the times.  We’re not doing this either.  So far, so good.  Jesus said to recognize the signs of the times in prophesied events, but that’s different.

The next part is so obvious, yet I should point it out: joining a society that inquires of the dead or familiar spirits.  There are societies today that actively engage evil spirits.  Some of these societies are at the center of worldly power on earth today.  Rich rulers of this age gather in the woods to conduct pagan rituals associated with evil spirits.  Some of our most influential political leaders have been known to be in attendance.  To the idea of any of us being involved in that, I simply say: Eww!  Gross!

The last phrase to unlock is really about necromancy, the practice of worshiping or seeking the dead.  Here is the phrase: conjuring to worship or seek among the dead.  Some may argue about some praying to dead saints, but that’s not what we’re doing anyway.

Based on this analysis, it is possible to run miraculous supernatural power intruding into the real world, and not be condemned by the Israelites of the Old Testament.  Since we are not under the Old Testament, why did I go into all this detail about it?  In order to show those who commit the error of putting themselves under the law that they still have no right to harm or even malign Christians who run supernatural power, who exhibit super powers.

Therefore, to make a long story short, there are two ways to answer that question of “Are you a good witch or a bad witch”.  Your answer depends upon how you define the word ‘witch’.

If you define a witch as someone who channels power from evil spirits, then your answer should be “I’m not a witch.  I’m a prophesying, knowing and miracle working son of Yahweh in Yeshua HaMashiach, empowered by the Holy Spirit!”

If you define the term ‘witch’ more loosely, as one whose spiritual power invades the physical universe to cause otherwise impossible things to occur, then your answer might be as follows.  “By your definition, I suppose you might call me a good witch.  I do have spiritual power invested by my Creator in my own human spirit.  I also have power invested by my Creator and Redeemer by the indwelling Holy Spirit, who enables me to do all things through Christ, who strengthens me.”

Before you answer that question either way, see about who would be listening to your answer, and what their worldview and terminology might be.  Perhaps the best approach is to define yourself to others as a born again, Holy Spirit empowered Charismatic Christian.  Then if anyone calls you a witch for running power, simply roll your eyes at them and smile.

Don’t ever let the enemy rob you of your power.  The body of Christ is also the Bride of Christ.  God wants His wife to spend the resources He gives her.  Don’t let the enemy steal her credit card.  After all, we believers are all Heaven’s Brides.

      Altered Call.

This sermon has been for the Bride.  If you’re not the Bride, it’s not our place to judge you.  If you want to marry in, it’s not our place to chase you away like jealous bitches.  It’s rude to eat in front of you without telling you where to get it.  If you don’t want to be God’s Bride then skip this part.  We won’t judge you.  We’ll still love you.

Here is my altered call, spelled E R, as in altered states.  We don’t have an altar, spelled A R, in our church.  Mention altar and most people think of sacrifice.  Sacrifice is a tricky word.  We might fast and feed the homeless in the park, but we don’t try to buy off God with sacrifice.  Casting God as a ho to be bought off would be idolatry, like a golden calf in Bethel.

Most of you are not under the law of Moses.  So many these days, even of Jewish descent, have joined a new age of honest seekers into everything from astrophysics to astral travel.

The Jews needed a Messiah to redeem their failure at the law.  Gentiles flooded the New Testament church.  Without Moses to accuse us, what accuses us today?  Conscience.  Since the devil got to Adam and Eve, the human race has spawned a bunch of haters.  We may have no use for the ten commandments, but we need the two commandments.  Love God and love others.

It’s easy to marry God.  Nicodemus was a Pharisee.  He hung out with legalists similar to so many dragons pounding pulpits today.  He snuck in by night to visit the radical Rabbi whose first miracle was making wine to keep the party going.  The Bridegroom blew his mind with John 3:16.  The cross did not make Him a victim.  God was born a man and freely gave his life, bled and died to pay for all our hateful betrayal against love Himself.  He conquered death and rose to life.  Now we can be with Him in love.  We receive His gift in faith, dying to the devil’s hate, rising to life in the Love of God.  He rewrites our spirit, who we really are.  We live in love as volunteers, not in fear as slaves.  This was a call to be embraced, not by any church group, but by Love Himself in the flesh, who took our place and paid everything off.

Many witches worship ‘The Goddess’.  Does the gender of God Matter?

That’s a call I can’t make for you.  Honest theologians are divided on the matter, and you may love people in heaven you had to ‘Friend-Zone’ here on earth due to your own comfort level.  I can tell you where I rest in the issue.

God is a non-binary entity.  Here, God as the Holy Spirit, the very same spirit of Wisdom, is seen as a female.

Proverbs 1:20-23 Wisdom crieth without; she uttereth her voice in the streets:  She crieth in the chief place of concourse, in the openings of the gates: in the city she uttereth her words, saying, How long, ye simple ones, will ye love simplicity? and the scorners delight in their scorning, and fools hate knowledge? Turn you at my reproof: behold, I will pour out my spirit unto you, I will make known my words unto you.

(Reproof is a recalibration of premises through better knowledge, not a command by force to change conclusions without reason.)

Later, God the Holy Spirit is seen as a male.

John 14:16-17 And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever; Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you.

We see that God is both not binary and not picky about being misgendered.

Does one believe The Goddess is the Creator of all things?  If so, one has given our non-binary God yet another nickname, valid as any other.  If the exact correct name of God was crucial for getting into heaven then everyone who says ‘Jesus’ instead of ‘Yeshua’ would go to hell.  We gotta give God the credit that she’s not that stupid.  And what is hell anyway?  It’s a broken heart zone away from God.  That’s why it hurts.  Hell is simply a nuclear-waste disposal site for burying hateful spirits where their toxicity of hate can’t seep into the ground water of earth or heaven.

The last issue is this.  Do we at least carry the hope passed down from Eve, that someday God would be human and swap report cards (karma) with us?  If so, I don’t mind if Yeshua is a straight, dyke, TG, futa or quantum fluid.  I gave up, gave in and put out on a first date with him.  He spiritually knocked me up with new birth of me in the monarchy of heaven.  Anyone who can say something essentially similar is already my sister wife.  The name is not the issue.  The rebirth is.  It’s not whether you call the Lamb of God Jesus, Yeshua, boy or girl.  It’s whether the Savior is Creator in human flesh, whom you’ve let swap places with you, propelling you into the New Covenant by your spiritual rebirth.

If you know a witch who believes The Goddess is Creator of all, became human and swapped places with her, you may have more in common with her than with someone who worships the imperfect human mother of God in the flesh.

      Conclusion.

In the sermon you’ve just heard or read, I’ve hopefully supported, to your satisfaction, the following conclusions.

·    There is no excuse for saying the Bible forbids Christians from being Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, TransGender or Intersex.
·    There is no excuse for saying the Bible forbids Christians from plural marriage.
·    The Bible does prohibit sex outside of marriage, yet understand all believers are sister wives of Christ.  If your spouse wants you to cheat on them to give them a thrill, it needs to be with a fellow believer, a sibling spouse of the Lord our Bridegroom.
·    The only relations prohibited to Christians are those who are not the Bride of Christ.  If you got saved and your spouse is not, stay until they depart, no harm no foul.
·    There is no excuse for saying the Bible prohibits the use of supernatural power, provided the spirit involved is not an evil spirit.  Proper spiritual activity is of the human spirit and the Holy Spirit.  Between these two spiritual powers, we’ve barely scratched the surface of the super powers available to us.  When we’re channeling the Holy Spirit, the power and wisdom we have on tap spoke the universe into being.

All this being said, even though we are technically married to all believers as sister wives of Christ, if we’ve agreed with one or more persons to limit our relations to being with them, it would be a violation of the law of loving others to break that trust.  If you have a binary or plural marriage that has any agreement of exclusivity, you must get your partners to agree before you can go outside that tighter union or add to that tighter union.  Failing to do so would break a promise you made to them.  Breaking such a promise would be very unloving toward those you claim to love.  The primary key is communication.  Agree together, and enjoy life.

You and your partners may decide to limit sexual behavior.  That’s all well and good.  You don’t need sex to love your brothers and sisters.  Here before glory, even time and space limits sexual behavior.  Only God can be everywhere at once.  Loving behavior is another matter.  Never allow fear, jealousy or any other base emotion of the flesh to impair your loving behavior.  Even if you can do nothing for someone, you can pray.  As the song goes, they will all know we are Christians by our love.

      This concludes today’s sermon.

Our offering will now be performed.  If you need money, please take some out of the plate.  If you have some to spare, please feel free to put some in.   Thank you.
